Turkey Manchurian Fried Rice

A delicious and very tasty  Chinese cuisine – Manchurian balls with fried rice.Turkey Manchurian Fried Rice is a popular in do Chinese recipe. We Indians have been experimenting with the Turkey Manchurian and the Fried Rice since ages, to get that perfect taste and texture to suit the Indian palette. The inimitable smell of fresh garlic, onions and chillies being sauteed already creates a background for the delectable Manchurian.

IngredientsTurkey Manchurian 

  • Turkey : 1/2 kg mince (keema)

  •  Flour : 1 tbsp

  • Cornflour : 1 tbsp

  • Egg : 1

  • Black pepper : 1/2 tsp

  • Soy Sauce : 1 tsp

  • Ginger : 2 tbsp (paste)

  • Garlic : 2 tbsp (paste)

  • Sweet chilli sauce : 3 tbsp 

  • Chilli  sauce : 3 tbsp

  • Salt : to taste

  • Green chilli: 2-3

  • coriander leave 2 tsp (chopped)

  • salt to taste

  • Ga ram masala :2 tsp

  • Cumin powder : 2 tsp

Method for Manchurian balls

 In a pot take turkey mince (keema) and add salt as per taste,1/2 tsp black pepper crushed ,2 tsp, ginger  (paste) 2 tsp garlic  (paste) , (maida) flour 2 tbsp, corn flour 1 tbsp and 1 egg,1 tsp add green chilli , and add chopped coriander leave, 2 tsp gar am masala , 2 tsp cumin powder ,1 egg, 1 tsp sweet chilli and 1 tsp chilli sauce all are mix properly and rest 30 minutes in your refrigerator and mix again .

Make a small balls and rest 10 minutes in refrigeator.Take a bottomed kadai and hit oil then put balls slowly and cook medium flame deep fry till golden colour .

Then remove from kadai and keep it tissue paper. 

 

Ingredients  

  •  Ginger : 1 tsp
  •  Garlic : 1 tsp
  •  green chilli :1 (chopped)
  •  Carrot chopped : 3 tbsp
  •  Cabbage chopped :3 tbsp
  •  Capsicum : 3 tbsp
  •  So ya sauce :2 tbsp
  •  Tomato sauce 2 to 3 tbsp 
  •  Chilli sauce : 2 tbsp 
  •  Vinegar : 2 tsp
  •  Sugar : 1/2 tsp
  •  Spring onion : 2 tsp
  •  Black paper : 1 tsp
  •  Chilli paste : 1 tsp
  •  salt to taste 
  •  Water : 1 cup    

Wash the rice before cooking 1/2 an hour.

First take a bottomed pan add water and once water is boil then add rice .

Rice is boil then add 1 tsp oil( for separate rice) and1 tsp( lemon juice for glaze rice).

Rice is cooked then drain all water and keep a side for rest.(minimum 30 minutes).

Manchurian fried rice

Take a pan add some oil and put 2 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp chopped Ginger, 1 tsp green chilli chopped and 1 minutes cook then 1/2 cup chopped onion and cook some time then add  3 tbsp chopped carrot,3 tbsp chopped capsicum, 3 tbsp peas and add 2 tbsp so ya sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce,2 tbsp chilli sauce,1 tsp sweet chilli sauce, cook some time add salt , 1/2 tsp black paper, put Manchurian balls and add 1/2 cup water then cook 5 minutes slow flame and2 tbsp chopped spring onion then add boil (Basmati rice) then stir properly and2 tsp vinegar ,1/2 sugar,and add coriander leave and gar am masala and cover lied and rest 10 to 15 minutes.(it gives very good test) .
